Local Bounty is also growing. We are learning from the gatherings at the Bessborough, Conexus Arts Centre, and The Saskatoon Club .

For you, the producer, we are providing a list of suggestions of what you should bring to highlight your operation and provide the chefs with a way to keep the connections you make alive.

  • Your toolkit
    A checklist of materials you should bring to help maintain the Local Bounty connections. See the printable document under "Displays".   

  • Displays
    There is limited booth space to display producer products. You are not required to have a booth, but may wish to do so. Booth space is limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. There is no charge.

    The displays will not be manned at all times especially during the presentations.

  • Predicting the Market
    In an effort to help growers with their planting intentions we are asking chefs to tell us what they will be using month by month and after you harvest.

  • Lunch
    The 2009 lunch will feature some of the best of Saskatchewan prepared by Chef Anthony McCarthy, winner of the Sask InDemand chef competition. He is inviting aspiring chefs to join him in the preparations.
